What happens after you submit

Acknowledgment within 10 days. Our privacy administrator at info@nevadagroup.com will confirm receipt and, if needed, ask you to verify your identity (we typically verify by matching the email or phone you provide against records on file).
Completion within 45 days. Most requests are completed within 45 days of receipt. Complex requests may take up to an additional 45 days; we will tell you in writing if we need the extension.
Some information must be retained.If you ask us to delete your information but you have an active or past transaction with NREG, Nevada Revised Statutes § 645.635 and Nevada Administrative Code § 645.650 require us to retain transaction records for at least five years. We will delete or de-identify what we are legally able to delete and retain only what the law requires.
Right to appeal. If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal within 45 days by emailing info@nevadagroup.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within 60 days.
